GoToMyPC.com accepts most major credit cards as a payment method. This option is available through GoTo Sales for GoToMyPC Corporate. It's important to note that only one payment method can be kept on file at a time. The card on file will automatically be charged according to the payment plan chosen when signing up (monthly/annually).

To manage the payment method, one must be the account owner or Company Manager (Pro and Corporate) to access the billing section of the account. The payment method and billing information can be added or modified as needed.

For Personal accounts, simply log in with the GoToMyPC email and password to access any billing menus. Only the Company manager can access billing menus and change/modify subscriptions for Pro and Corporate accounts.

The service will be charged upon initial transaction, after trial period (if applicable), then automatically renewed at the end of the billing period. If the plan is upgraded during the period, the amount of credit remaining on the account will be automatically prorated. This prorated amount will be applied towards the new subscription price.

To view or modify the subscription plan, select the necessary number of computers and billing frequency, confirm the billing information and payment details, review the order details, and complete the purchase.
